After checkout you receive a confirmation email with a link to your order page. Signed-in buyers can also open Profile → Orders. Guest orders use the same link from your email.

Orders in pending or processing status can be cancelled from the order detail page while logged in as the buyer who placed the order.

Refunds are handled according to each seller's policies and payment method. Contact support with your order number if you need help starting a return.

How do I become a seller?

Create an account, then apply at Become a seller. Once approved you can list products from your seller dashboard at /profile/seller.
