1. Agreement
By accessing or using Giaom Marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Buyers
Product listings are offered by independent sellers. Giaom facilitates transactions but is not the seller of record unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
4. Sellers
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, honor stated policies, and fulfill orders promptly. Giaom may review and remove listings or suspend shops that violate marketplace policies.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity
- Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
- Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
6. Limitation of liability
Giaom is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
